The ADRC’s hybrid Poster Session is coming up on Thursday, June 16th!
Please plan to stop by the at the William Pitt Union, and share the news with your peers, colleagues, and mentees in the field of Alzheimer’s disease & related disorders (ADRD).

ADRD Hybrid Poster Session
The Research Education Component at the University of Pittsburgh Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center is hosting their second annual poster session!
The poster sessions will showcase the work from students and early career researchers across the University.

When:   Thursday, June 16th from 1-4:30pm.
Where:
In person at the William Pitt Union Lower Lounge / online via Zoom.

For Virtual Attendees: The opening and closing presentations will be streamed live via Zoom, and an online poster gallery will be available to browse prior to and throughout the event.

Event Kick-off (1:00-2:00pm)
The event kicks off with an interactive discussion, “Challenging the Status of Alzheimer’s Disease Diagnosis from Bench to Clinic,” moderated by Dr. Beth Shaaban, and features panelists Drs. Karl Herrup, Riddhi Patira, and Andrea Weinstein.

Event Closing (4:00-4:30pm)
The event closing features words from REC National by Dr. Barbara Bendlin from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Poster awards will be announced at the closing of the session.
