Topic: Finalize Sprint Paper

This week, we will work on editing the tables, figures, and the first draft of the manuscript. 

• Authorship requirements and recap of paper timeline (5 min).

Timeline: 

– Design Figures/Tables: January 16, 2025 

– Complete 1st draft of introduction: January 16th, 2025 

– Complete 1st draft of Methods: January 16, 2025 

– Complete 1st draft of Discussion/Conclusion: January 30, 2025 

– Submit the first draft of the completed manuscript to senior authors: February 06, 2025  

• Update from individual teams on progress (10 min). 

Each team will provide a short 2-3 min update on the progress made so far, what tasks are remaining, and an action plan to tackle the remaining tasks. 

• Editing tables and figures (15 min). 

 We will split into two groups to edit Table 1, Figure 1, and Figure 2. Please review them prior to the meeting. 

• Work on pending action items (20 min). 

Everyone will edit their assigned sections. 

•  Edit a section that is different from your assigned section (10 min). 

Each coauthor will swap sections with another coauthor. Edit using tracked change and provide comments to improve the section.
