DESCRIPTION:Topic: Finalize Sprint Paper \nThis week\, we will work on editing the tables\, figures\, and the first draft of the manuscript.  \n\nAuthorship requirements and recap of paper timeline (5 min). \n\nICJME guidelines: https://www.icmje.org/recommendations/browse/roles-and-responsibilities/defining-the-role-of-authors-and-contributors.html  \nTimeline:  \n– Design Figures/Tables: January 16\, 2025  \n– Complete 1st draft of introduction: January 16th\, 2025  \n– Complete 1st draft of Methods: January 16\, 2025  \n– Complete 1st draft of Discussion/Conclusion: January 30\, 2025  \n– Submit the first draft of the completed manuscript to senior authors: February 06\, 2025   \n\nUpdate from individual teams on progress (10 min). \n\nEach team will provide a short 2-3 min update on the progress made so far\, what tasks are remaining\, and an action plan to tackle the remaining tasks.  \n\nEditing tables and figures (15 min). \n\n We will split into two groups to edit Table 1\, Figure 1\, and Figure 2. Please review them prior to the meeting.  \n\nWork on pending action items (20 min). \n\nEveryone will edit their assigned sections.  \n\n Edit a section that is different from your assigned section (10 min). \n\nEach coauthor will swap sections with another coauthor. Edit using tracked change and provide comments to improve the section.
